Konjakssås mannerström Konnyaku (こんにゃく), also known as yam cakes, is a Japanese food product made from Konjac or devil’s tongue. It’s made of a yam/taro in the genus Amorphophallus. It has a gelatinous texture devoid of flavor, and the color can either be gray with specs or white. It comes in different shapes, such as slabs, noodles, or balls.

Mat med konjak 2 msk hackad schalottenlök (0,5 lök) 2 msk smör. 1 msk tomatpuré. 1 msk vetemjöl. 0,5 dl konjak. 2 dl grädde. 2 dl steksky, kalvfond eller vatten + 0,5 kalvbuljongtärning. 1 tsk Dijonsenap. 1 msk ljus japansk soja ex. Kikkoman eller några droppar kinesisk soja.
